Welcome to South Florida TCG Directory. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of southfloridatcg.com (the "Site"), operated by South Florida TCG Directory ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The directory

The Site is an informational directory of trading card game stores, events, and related businesses in South Florida. We compile listings from publicly available information and from details submitted by store owners. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that any listing — including hours, addresses, phone numbers, or event details — is complete, current, or error-free. Always confirm details directly with the business before visiting.

Business listings and submissions

• By submitting a business or listing information, you represent that you are authorized to do so and that the information is accurate and not misleading.
• We may edit, decline, or remove any listing at our discretion, including for inaccurate, unlawful, or inappropriate content.
• You grant us a non-exclusive right to display the submitted information (including business name, description, logos, and images) on the Site and in related promotional materials.

Paid and featured placements

We offer optional paid placements — such as "Featured" and "Premium" listings — that provide enhanced visibility on the Site. Purchasing a paid placement does not constitute an endorsement of the business by us, and does not guarantee any specific level of traffic, leads, sales, or search-engine ranking. Fees, features, and availability are described on our pricing page and may change. Unless otherwise stated in writing, paid placements are billed for the stated term and are non-refundable once the placement is live. We may remove a paid listing that violates these Terms without refund.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect data from the Site without our prior written permission.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
